Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales across all travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
Provide high-quality customer service to both B2C and B2B customers, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
Offer expert advice and recommendations to help customers find travel packages that meet their needs.
Work towards individual targets for sales, profit, service, and productivity.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and margins.
Develop comprehensive destination and product knowledge through ongoing training and engagement.
Efficiently handle administrative queries and tasks.
Establish strong communication and collaborative relationships across the business.
Qualifications:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in aviation, travels and tours, or relevant field.
Minimum five (5) years of proven sales success within the travel industry, either as a reservations tour operator or in a travel agency.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the travel sector, including products and services.
Confident with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive outlook.
Good numerical skills.
Proficient in computer systems and administration.
