Position Overview:

As a Transmitter Engineer, you will be responsible for  designing, developing, testing, and maintaining transmitter systems used in various
communication applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Design and develop transmitter systems based on project requirements and specifications. This includes selecting  appropriate components, circuit design, and PCB layout.

Testing and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of  transmitter systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. This  may involve simulation, prototype testing, and compliance testing.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports. Maintain accurate records of  design changes and test results.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure transmitter systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as NBC regulations for radio  frequency devices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a  related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 12 years hands-on experience in a radio or television  broadcasting station.

Must have handled or worked on transmitter for a minimum of 10 years  preferably in a radio broadcasting station

Proven experience in the design and development of transmitter systems,  preferably in the telecommunications or broadcasting industry.

Proficiency in RF circuit design, modulation techniques, and signal processing.

Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, CST Microwave Studio, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) platforms.

Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms.

Experience with antenna design and characterization.

2. Marketing Executive

Reports to: Group Marketing Manager

Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive at our Station, you will be responsible for  developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the station’s brand  awareness, audience engagement, and advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing plans.

Analyze market trends and audience demographics to identify  opportunities.

Brand Promotion:

Create and manage content for the station’s website, social media, and other digital platforms.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and  channels.

Advertising Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in developing marketing materials and proposals  for advertisers.

Work with clients to create customized advertising solutions

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a  related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in  media or broadcasting.

Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
