The qualified and ideal candidate MUST reside within the Festac- Okota, area of Lagos must not have any health-related issues, and must also be ready to resume immediately.

The person must have basic knowledge of bar operations menu and pricelist
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Also, be able to work and stand for long hours.
Make sure you have strong hotel etiquette and in ushering customers to their tables.
The ideal candidate will present the menu and provide detailed information about the menu when asked.
The person shall prepare the table by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
The ideal person should be able to inform customers about the day’s special offer menu, and recommendations upon request.
The ideal person shall be responsible for checking dishes and kitchenware, cleansing, presenting, and reporting any problem
The person shall carry any dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
The ideal candidate must be able to upsell additional products when appropriate take accurate food and drinks orders and must be able to follow all relevant health and safety regulations.
