The goal of the Customer Service Representative is to handle and resolve incoming patient calls while providing excellent customer service.
Answers all incoming calls
Handles patients’ questions and concerns regarding billing, outstanding balances, setting up patients on payment plans, etc.
Handles all return mail and bad addresses
Document patient’s accounts accurately
Handles Web Portal emails daily
Maintain a positive rapport with internal and external clients at all times.
Perform Other Duties And Functions As Directed And/or Requested.
LOCATION: Tampa, FL, USA
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• 1 – 2 years of patient/insurance AR collections, patient customer service in a medical setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Thorough knowledge of AR collection approach
Practice Management system experience
• Previous experience with e-Clinical works preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus
