1). IT Support Manager
Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Manage the assigned Computer & Copier Service team members
Lead, coach, and trained team members
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the team
Be an escalation point of contact to handle issues and involve direct leadership as needed
Monitor team coverage, oversee personnel time off approval, make sure back-ups are in place, and redistribute work to cover when others are out
Monitor staffing and equipment needs
Conduct performance reviews and make compensation decisions
Monitor direct reports call screens, workload, and call activity to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations
Manage and meet established metrics and team benchmarks
Provide weekly metrics and reports to the Director Computer and copier Service Manager regarding the team’s performance
Attend required company and departmental meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Eng / BSc qualification with 5 – 15 years of work experience.

3). Vehicle Maintenance Officer / Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to trucks, buses, and cars.
Purchasing vehicles to expand and or enhance the fleet
Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules
Coordinating drivers and on–staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules
Managing vehicle licensure and registration
Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up–to–date training
Monitoring drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs
Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of the company’s assets
Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
Monitor associate work levels
Manage facilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
