Job Title: Project Manager – ICSS

Location: Nigeria

About The Position

We are looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of an ICSS Project Manager for a project that shall be executed in Lagos Nigeria, the primary objective of a Project Manager is to ensure that the project is completed within the defined scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.

Completely responsible for the Profit and Loss of the project.

Leading the management, claim, and progress meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

Project team selection and hiring.

Reviews progress reports.

Liaise effectively with procurement and keep a live procurement register. Reviews and approves all Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.

Review of Customer comments on critical documentation along with respective discipline leads.

Manages subcontractors.

Financial visibility of the project. Maintenance of Financial control sheets.

Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered with high-quality deliverables as per schedule, within the scope, and budget.

Understand and confirm all contractual (commercial and technical) requirements of the project.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure effective resource utilization and allocation of project tasks. Perform/manage Team HRD to cover any skill gaps

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Prepare project plan/schedule using tools and processes adopted by INTECH and manage it during the execution of the project.

Manage project procurement with the support of the Supply chain/procurement department.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Develop project quality plan and perform quality assurance as well as quality control.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques as adopted by INTECH.

Report and escalate to the INTECH management and customer/End User/project stakeholders as needed.

Perform project closure.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Watch the Company’s interest and ask for fair Change Orders, when appropriate. Maintain claim management and invoicing files.

Observe Company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in the Engineering field with professional experience of 15+ years minimum.

Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in international projects & engineering of Instrument & Control Systems.

Working experience in TOTAL projects preferred.

Skills / Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written English

Excellent leadership skills. A proactive approach is required throughout the project.

Good communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Decision-making quality based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment

In-depth knowledge and understanding of project planning, process optimization, and information management systems. Excellent grip on project schedule, expediting measures are required.

Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer

We are a neutral System Integrator providing solutions and services on major DCS/PLC/ F&G and SCADA systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Hardware design and implementation for Specialized Control Systems including DCS, SIS & FGS with expertise in Allen Bradley Systems. (Yokogawa & Foxboro system will be an advantage)

Related experience in Wellhead Facilities including Wellhead Control Panels, Skids, and Solar Systems will be an advantage

Well Aware of/Have a Conceptual Understanding of Major Industrial Standards being Followed.

Understanding of Major Instrumentation being Used and Clarity on the Working Principle.

Understands/Able to gather required Information from Customer Specifications (including Functional Requirement Specifications, P&IDs, C&Es, Drawings, Narratives, Philosophies, etc.).

Software Designing & Implementation, with Expertise on Allen Bradley PLC (Yokogawa & Foxboro System will be an Advantage).

Have carried out System Testing & FAT

Have been involved in Site Works including Installations Supervision, Commissioning & startup activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Industrial Automation & Controls Allen Bradley PLC (Yokogawa & Foxboro System will be an advantage)

Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Soft Start & Variable Speed Drive Units)

Location: Nigeria

Description

Checking protection settings in soft start and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control units.

Carry out firmware upgrades in soft start and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control units as required.

Propose the modifications required for the safe and reliable operation of the Soft Start and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) units.

Provide SOW and Bill of materials required to execute the modification.

Upon COMPANY approval, the Specialist shall supervise the execution of modifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.

Minimum of 10 Years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of MV / LV Soft Starters, and Variable Speed Drive Units.

Must know about Soft Starters, and Variable Speed Drive Units ( Rockwell & VECON ).

Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services
